The Lustau 3 En Rama 2021 collection is a unique opportunity to enjoy three wines from the Sherry triangle. Wine lovers will be able to discover the influence that the microclimates of the three cities have on the aging of the wines and identify the differenciated personality of each one of them.
Bottled without filtering (“en Rama”) and directly from the casks that have aged these wines for at least 5 years. The 2021 release was bottled in May 2021.
The collection pack consists of an exclusive case containing a bottle of Manzanilla 3 en Rama – Saca 2021 (50 cl), a bottle of Fino de Jerez 3 en Rama – Saca 2021 (50 cl) and a bottle of Fino del Puerto 3 in Rama – Saca 2021 (50 cl).

Manzanilla 3 en Rama – 2021
Lemon yellow color with golden reflections. Fresh, briny and pungent on the nose. Notes of chamomile, fennel and roasted almonds are laced with subtle, delicate soy and herbaceous nuances. Light and crisp on the palate, showing a bitter and nutty aftertaste.
Fino de Jerez 3 en Rama – 2021
Intense golden color with amber reflections. Pungent and intense on the nose. Yeast, white bread, chalk and butter nuances. Delicate, classy and salty on the palate, with a mineral and nutty aftertaste.
Fino de El Puerto 3 en Rama – 2021
Intense yellow color with golden hues. Very pungent and lively with notes reminiscent of the Atlantic breeze, roasted almonds, and hay. Bone dry and briny on the palate. Long and bitter aftertaste, characteristic of classic the fino from El Puerto.
