Bright amber color. The nose is dominated by dried fruit, spices and smoky notes. With marked countersunk and vanilla flavor nuances, coffee and black chocolate. Dry and very concentrated, with a long, elegant finish.

Serve at 13 - 14 ° C. Perfect with white meats, spicy dishes, smoked meats, foie gras, mushrooms, cheeses and spicy dishes.
