Three biologically aged wines coming from each of the three towns that form the Sherry area: a <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=rwhIPYzNkN0\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Fino from Jerez de la Frontera<\/a><\/strong>, a <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=R4QaYwAh_IA\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Manzanilla from Sanl\u00facar de Barrameda<\/a><\/strong> and a <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=Z8F6f16fd4A\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Fino from El Puerto de Santa Mar\u00eda<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Wines bottled straight from the cask with no additional treatment. That is En Rama style, considered the purest expression of Sherry.\u00a0The selection and bottling of these wines takes place in spring, when the layer of living yeast or flor reaches its zenith. Sherry\u2019s natural character is fully maintained and the resulting wine is one of great personality.<\/p>\n<p>With Spring 2016 range the aim is to show and emphasize the influence of the local microclimate on the character of each wine. This collection is the best expression of each city\u2019s style: a complex and floral Manzanilla from Sanl\u00facar; a mineral and pungent Fino from Jerez and a marine and delicate Fino del Puerto.<\/p>\n<p>Three wines, three cities, three personalities.
