This Amontillado is a tribute to the camaraderie and friendship in the squad of the army of the Air which was part Emilio Lustau.
Aged 4 years under flor and 8 years later oxidative aging in the cellar of the Empress Eugenia in Jerez de la Frontera.

Notas de cata
Bright amber color with golden reflections and marked flavors countersunk. The nose shows notes of coffee and caramel. This is the classic Amontillado sherry, full bodied, elegant and balanced. Long finish, dry and spicy.
Cuándo y cómo disfrutarlo
Serve at 13 - 14 ° C. Perfect to accompany cheeses, artichokes, green asparagus, mushrooms and smoked mushrooms, broth, mushrooms, poultry and spicy dishes.
