Our tequila comes from the town of Tequila in Jalisco. It is made from the fermented and distilled juice created from the cooking and subsequent pressing of blue agave cores or piñas (Tequilana “Weber Azul”) that are harvested at optimum maturity, after at least eight years’ growth.
