A perfect blend of two wines, each aged individually: an Amontillado, dry and nutty, and a Pedro Ximénez, sweet and velvety.  Sweet aromas of ripe fruit mingle with hints of citrus fruits and herbaceous notes. On the palate it is flavoursome, velvety and balanced. A delicious aperitif, to be enjoyed on the rocks with a slice of orange.
