Notas de cata

Pale straw colored. Aromas of yeast (bread crumbs) and toasted almonds on a navy, and iodized salt background reminiscent of low tide. The palate is fresh and sharp, again appreciating biological notes of his upbringing.

Serve in a glass of white wine 7th - 9th C. Excellent to accompany olives, almonds, ham, cheeses, meats and all kinds of tapas.
