The origin

This range originates from the old soleras which Mr. Emilio Lustau set up in his early days as an almacenista. All the styles of Sherry are represented in this range, from the lightest and most delicate Finos and Manzanillas, to the sweet Moscatel and Pedro Ximénez wines, and every other style in between.

Almacenistas are independent sherry artisans who have historically been producing and ageing small stocks of Sherry. For decades Lustau has led a revolutionary project: bottling a small range of these authentic wines unblended, preserving their genuineness.
