Botaina is an Amontillado en Rama (no-filtered, straight form the cask), full of nuances that combines the best of the two ageing processes it has gone through: biological under a veil of “flor”, completed afterwards with oxidative aging, to gain a inimitable character and personality.
Current Edition: Spring 2024. Limited to 2,700 numbered bottles.

Topaz bright. Pungent to the palate, full of personality and great presence on the palate, balanced while nuanced. It is very dry, vigorous. Very long and elegant aftertaste that reveals subtle memories of her biological aging.

Serve at 13 - 14 ° C. Consommés perfect companion, foie gras, cold meats or smoked, with tables of cheese, and fish or seafood tastier. This wine pairs well with spicy dishes.
