The interior climate of Jerez de la Frontera, with very hot summers and mild but wet winters, gives the wine more body and a more rounded style. This fine, aged under veil of “flower” for 4 years in American oak barrels and bottled without any pretreatment, has been selected for its finesse and subtlety.

Intense yellow color with golden highlights. Mineral nose, herbaceous and almond, with very marked notes of yeast and bakery. Taste slightly salty, very dry and with a delicate finish where again nuts appear.
