Notas de cata
A pale straw color, sharp flavor, nutty and mineral reminds albariza chalk. The palate is dry, and iodized salt. Slightly bitter finish reminiscent of bread and green olives.
Cuándo y cómo disfrutarlo
Serve in a glass of white wine 7th - 9th C. It is the quintessential aperitif wine and table combines perfectly with Iberian ham, shellfish, oysters, fried fish, white fish, ceviches, marinades, salads, sushi or sashimi.
