Notas de cata

Mahogany color with concentrated aromas of figs and raisins with a background of wood smoke. Soft and sweet, long aftertaste reminiscent of nougat. Final equilibrated with a very clean acidity.

Serve at 10 - 12 ° C. Accompany light desserts and blue cheeses. You can also use short glass with ice and a slice of orange.
